March madness πŸ’§πŸ’§! 2 Spring Training Games got wiped out yesterday over a little rain some 20 minutes down the road from each other. Marlins Games against the Cardinals & Nationals in Jupiter and West Palm Beach were both Cancelled. The Fish will be back in Grapefruit League action tonight in the first Game under the Jupiter lights this Spring against the Yankees. Son Los Marlins will be in the house!

College Baseball also had a few weather interruptions this weekend around the Country. Georgia had a Game which they were leading at the time 9-3 over Georgia Tech, called in the 5th Inning due to the skies opening up in the Peach State on Friday. Whatever happens with that Friday Contest doesn't delude the Bulldogs' (who went on to take the next 2 over the Yellow Jackets) start to the Season.

The SEC's Georgia, much like Kentucky, the ACC's Duke & North Carolina, along with the Big 12's TCU, have really impressed in the early going of the College Baseball Circuit. 5 Teams to certainty keep an eye on over the spring and into the summer.

We talked in our previous Son Los Marlins post about the upcoming Heavyweight Bout that will take place this Friday in Saudi Arabia, when former Heavyweight Champ Anthony Joshua takes on lineal UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Nganou.

UFC 299 will also take place this Saturday in a location a little closer than Saudi Arabia. Kaseya Center (better known as the Triple-A) the home of the Miami Heat, will host one of the more stacked UFC cards in recent memory (which is not saying much). Bantamweight Champion 'Sugar' Sean O'Malley will try and avenge his only MMA Loss to Ecuador's Chito Vera. Former UFC Champions Dustin Poirier, Petr Yan and Rafael dos Anjos are on the Miami undercard. While the entire event features names like Gilbert Burns, Kevin Holland, Curtis Blaydes and Michel Pereira.

Those Kaseya Center's Miami Heat were in action this past Saturday, rebounding from their Game in Denver with a 126-120 Win over the Utah Jazz. The Heat will be back at it tomorrow at Home against the lowly Detroit Pistons. Detroit was just in Orlando yesterday, beginning their Florida road trip against that underrated Orlando Magic Squad. The Magic cruised to a 113-91 Victory. Don't sleep on Florida Basketball!!

It's certainly a busy busy time of year in the sports world. Something called ''March Madness'' is suppose to kick off this month too. Somebody should tell everyone it's also WrestleMania Season πŸ˜‰, Now We're Talking!!!
