June bug
We're into the first week of June. Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the San Antonio Spurs & New York Knicks is tonight. The World Cup gets underway in less than a week's time. In the College Baseball world, Super Regional weekend has commenced this afternoon, with a trip to the College World Series hanging in the balance. Yet we're here to talk about the Citrus Series. After taking 2 out of 3 against the Rays in Miami in 2025, the Marlins will be looking to win back to back Home Series vs Tampa Bay for the first time since 2010-2011. The Devil Rays dominance over the Marlins continued about 3 weeks ago, when Tampa took 2 out of 3 in the Trop. The Fish will be looking to return the favor, with Tyler Phillips expected to see bulk action out of the Bullpen tonight, and Sandy Alcantara scheduled to go Sunday. Still no word from the Marlins higher-up on tomorrow's Starting Pitcher. Speaking of high ranking Marlins officials. I reckon I could've asked Fish GM Gabe...
