Flamingos?!
With the sports and entertainment world still flabbergasted (and not in the good kind of way when it comes to wrestling) with WrestleMania 41. We could touch a little bit on how Triple-H can't hold a candle to his father in law as head of creative & the WWE. Or how somebody like the Rock likes to be incorporated in everything, yet decides to not be involved with absolutely anything Professional Wrestling anymore. Or even how a company like TKO, whose sole priority seems to be how much money each particular International Country is willing to pay them to go there, than it ever was putting on any sort of grand spectacle during their biggest show of the year.
We could touch on all that, but no, no, let's instead delve into myriad sports around the State.
You got the Florida Panthers, who when their not too busy kissing Donald Trump's ass in the White House during the Regular Season, are instead kicking some ass of their own in the Playoffs. Holding a 2-0 lead on the Tampa Bay Lightning, as the Series barely shifts to Sunrise.
The Orlando Magic & Miami Heat are both on the other side of the Playoff spectrum, as they trail HEAVY favorites Boston & Cleveland 2-0 in the 1st Round of the NBA Postseason. Fortunately for them, their Series' return to the Sunshine State this weekend for the first time, though don't know how much difference it'll make (especially in the Magic/Celtics Series).
While the Marlins, who were just home this week, now find themselves all the way in Seattle, Washington for a 3 Game set against the Mariners. Kind of fitting that the Fish will play the M's, a Club who began incorporating Teal in their Uniforms, FOLLOWING the Marlins ORIGINAL Teal Logo back in 1993.
The Fish have been teasing a new city connect Uni that's to debut next week. It'll feature Teal, cool. Also pink, don't particularly like that. While at least some have said the script of the Uniform resembles lettering from the Orginal Marlins Logo.
Many may not know, the Marlins were considered being named the Florida Flamingos by Inaugural Owner Wayne Huizenga prior to 1993. Think he made the right choice on that one! Then there was always this sculpture in center field at the new Ballpark.
WrestleMania 41 was amazing. Someones mad CENA WON. LET'S GO CENA
ReplyDeleteI feel there's a line that goes after "Let's go Cena" 🤔
DeleteMy guy, if you don’t even know the chant, maybe WrestleMania’s a little too advanced for you 🥱
DeleteI think it goes something like "Cena Sucks!"
